The goal of this article is to lay out for you what a Managed Apple ID is, discuss when and why a company would use Managed Apple IDs. There are other companies for which Managed Apple IDs would be too restrictive to use, so they shy away from them. There are times Managed Apple IDs are a perfect fit for an organization, so they opt for them over standard Apple IDs. We will start by saying that, sadly, there is no single correct answer.
